Terrace Business Services is a collection of consultants, contractors, and resources for condominiums and apartment complexes.

 

Terrace Business Services has now joined the Condominium Property Management open source software project.  We hope to bring this project to completion before the new year.  It is large undertaking to create a program capable of managing of a condominium or apartment complex.
